Six Mile Grove was formed over 10 years ago in the fertile warmth of Southern Minnesota. Together, these two brothers and two close friends have spent the better part of their lives singing, performing, and playing throughout the midwest supporting 4 releases including 2009’s “Steel Mule” on Eclectone. We couldn’t be more proud of them. Welcome to the family boys.
In addition to their own efforts, Six Mile Grove has worked tirelessly to support other artists within the genre by organizing an annual series of concerts entitled the Americana Showcase. Now in its 4th season, the Rochester Americana Showcase is a songwriter-in-the-round event drawing artists from Nashville, Chicago, Memphis, and other locales to share their stories, music, and lives in an intimate theater setting.
